Exam Results
At AGS students pupils consistently achieve exceptionally well across all phases and subject areas. Pupils high standards of attainment and progress have been sustained over time, as evidenced by consistently strong outcomes in national assessments and examinations. Students at Acklam Grange School have performed above national average in almost all subjects and for all groups of learners, regardless of their KS2 starting points. This applies to both attainment and progress measures and is reflected in Acklam Grange School’s results over the past seven years, including the most recent 2025 GCSE outcomes, indicating the quality of a broad and balanced curriculum and high quality teaching across all areas of the school. Students can study over 27 different subjects at KS4 with 10 out of 27 subjects in 2025 performing in the top 20% of the country.
All pupil groups – including disadvantaged, SEND and those known to social care – make strong progress and attainment performing consistently above the national. As recognised and celebrated by the education minister and DFE with the school praised for being one of the very top performing schools in the country.
