What was your experience at Acklam Grange like?
My experience at Acklam Grange was very memorable – it was fun and it set me up well for life after school.
Do you have a fond memory that you would like to share?
A fond memory was scoring the winner to win the league in Year 9 for the football team.
What person, class or experience most influenced you?
Mr Nelson’s geography lessons probably influenced me the most as he taught us the subject and many important life lessons during a tough time which was Covid.
How did your education at AGS prepare for your career?
What has your career path been like? How did you get to where you are?
After school I went to college and I am now an accountant. On the side I trade and have a property company called AH Housin. I own a few properties which I rent out and manage for clients. (@ahhousing on instagram)
What skills have served you well in your career?
Acklam Grange has set me up well as they gave me the knowledge to go on different paths however the most important thing is that they have taught me the importance of people skills within PRIDE lessons and what make a good person.
What advice would you give to current Acklam Grange students about their future?
My advice would be to trust your teachers as they genuinely want the best for you.
