Welcome to the AGS Student Wellbeing page. This page is not just about getting the help we need when we need it, but is about finding ways to keep ourselves well at all times.  

Even those who seem like they have everything can struggle with their mental wellbeing. Just look at this video from Stormzy who discusses his most difficult time.

Sometimes, despite our best efforts, we might need a little more help. This is a completely normal part of life and we will all experience times that are harder to manage alone.
