32.5 hours per week, 52 weeks

If the answer is yes then Acklam Grange School are looking to appoint a highly motivated, outstanding practitioner to be part of our highly successful and dedicated team in the Science Faculty. The successful applicant will have the ability to build effective relationships with young people, providing support for their learning and setting clear boundaries for them. The ability to work as part of a team is essential.

Our Science department prides itself in the outcomes our students receive. In 2024 the progress the students were in the top 20% of the country. Over 70% of students achieved a grade 4-4 and for all measures the department outcomes are above National. This is mirrored with our highly successful Triple Award courses. 100% of students gained a grade7 or above for Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
