Headteacher’s message to all potential students
My name is Mr Laidler, your Headteacher, and I am excited to welcome you to Acklam Grange School. I know that you will be equally as proud of our school and staff as I am.
We are a big school with a big heart that cares for every individual student and we ensure that no one gets left behind. We will constantly support and encourage you to be the best that you can be and achieve your full potential. Our AGS PRIDE motto encourages you to go beyond your limits and be the best person you can be.

Our school buildings are amazing and support exciting learning at every turn. You are learning in purpose built specialist areas including design and technology workshops, our performance theatre and dance studios, our £2 million Sports Centre and our fully equipped ICT classrooms.
We have a vast number of opportunities for you to get involved in school life including, clubs, International trips, charity fundraising and a fantastic rewards system. Whatever your likes and dislikes there is something for everyone at Acklam Grange.
